About The Charlie Waller Trust
The Charlie Waller Trust is a highly respected mental health charity in the UK, with a mission to educate and support young people, as well as those responsible for their wellbeing. Founded in 1997 by the family of Charlie Waller, who tragically took his own life while battling depression, the trust aims to increase understanding and awareness of mental health issues. Working closely with families, schools, colleges, universities, and employers, they provide a range of resources and services tailored to different age groups and settings.
These include free webinars, guides, booklets, and posters for schools, colleges, and workplaces, as well as projects in partnership with various organizations. The trust also runs events, challenges, and corporate fundraising initiatives to engage the wider community. With a dedicated team and the Charlie Waller Institute facilitating training for clinicians, the trust is committed to making a positive impact on mental health
