Charlotte Chen is a product designer and independent design engineer who builds digital products across design, engineering, and launch. Her work spans consumer apps, fintech, crypto, marketplaces, education, and interactive experiences. She is currently developing products as a solo founder and is open to collaborations.

Chen was a senior product designer at Robinhood, where she worked on crypto and international growth, including crypto deposits, stock tokens, and an in-app livestream experience. She co-founded JPG Store, Cardano’s largest NFT marketplace, and led design as the company grew following a $6 million seed round. Her work there included a no-code NFT minting platform, bulk purchasing tools, and marketplace analytics. At Duolingo, she designed onboarding, placement testing, streak recovery, and gamification features focused on learner engagement and retention.

Her independent projects include Park Daddy, a street-parking navigation app showing rates and time limits block by block; Rive, an HSA expense tracker that reviews receipts against IRS eligibility rules; and Trader Joe’s Drop, an interactive iOS experience featuring playful product simulations.
