Charlotte Keys is a short-term rental concierge serving Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume and nearby towns in the Var, including Ollières, Pourcieux, Trets, Seillons-Source-d’Argens, Tourves and Brignoles. The company helps property owners offer a polished, welcoming stay while preserving their homes and reducing the work involved in hosting. Its approach combines hotel-style standards with personal support from a single, directly reachable contact.

Services cover the rental journey from initial property audit and tailored recommendations to presentation, listing creation and distribution on platforms such as Airbnb and Booking. Charlotte Keys advises on décor and layout, arranges professional photography, and adjusts pricing and rental conditions to reflect seasonal demand. For each stay, the team manages guest communication and screening, check-in and check-out, professional cleaning, hotel-quality linen and post-cleaning quality checks. It also coordinates small repairs through a local network of trusted tradespeople.

Owners can receive transparent updates on reservations, guest feedback, revenue and performance, while retaining access to their property for personal use.
