Pawz Pet Services

Charlotte Pawz is a locally owned pet care business serving pet owners across North Carolina, including the Triangle and the Charlotte area. The company has welcomed Chloe’s Playhouse into its family, continuing a pet-care service with more than 15 years of history while drawing on Charlotte Pawz’s experience caring for North Carolina pets since 2010. Its mission is to provide loving, reliable, personalized care that helps pets stay comfortable in their familiar home environment.

Services include dog walking, pet-sitting visits, overnight pet sitting, vacation care, and puppy visits. Sitters can support pets with exercise, potty breaks, feeding, socialization, medication, and the routines or attention they need. The team serves dogs and cats, and visits continue until pets’ needs are met rather than ending at a preset time. Charlotte Pawz highlights trained employees, pet first-aid and CPR certification, insurance, bonding, and worker’s compensation coverage. Clients can arrange visits through an online portal, receive prompt responses during business hours, and get real-time visit notes and photographs.
