ChartWise is a reproductive health education practice led by Julia Cosgrove, a Fertility Awareness Educator and Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner trained by Justisse College International. The practice helps people learn to understand and chart their menstrual cycles, supporting informed reproductive health choices without relying on pharmaceuticals or devices.

ChartWise teaches the Justisse Method, an evidence-informed fertility awareness approach that uses bodily signs to identify cycle events and fertile days. The method offers symptothermal and mucus-only variations and can support goals such as avoiding pregnancy, achieving pregnancy, and monitoring reproductive health. Cycle charting can also provide information relevant to concerns including painful periods, endometriosis, fibroids, and PCOS, as well as broader health awareness.

Services begin with a free 20-minute virtual discovery call. The ChartWise Foundations Package includes eight 50-minute sessions covering reproductive biology, charting notations, and interpretation, tailored to each client’s intentions and health goals. Additional 50-minute follow-up sessions are available virtually or in person at Bower Family Acupuncture in Castleton, New York.
