Community Health Action of Staten Island is a brand dedicated to bringing communities back to health. In 2004, they changed their name to Community Health Action of Staten Island to reflect this expansion. By joining forces with Brightpoint Health and subsequently merging with Hudson River Health Care, their organization has become Sun River Health, allowing them to offer comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health care in addition to their community-based services.
