About Cht Henri Bonnaud
Château Henri Bonnaud is nestled in the heart of the Palette appellation, located in the southeastern part of Aix-en-Provence. This charming estate offers a panoramic view of the iconic Montagne Sainte-Victoire. With a commitment to organic agriculture since 2010, Château Henri Bonnaud produces exceptional wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region.
The vineyard covers approximately 30 hectares, with 14 hectares dedicated to the prestigious AOC Palette. In addition to Palette wines, the estate also produces AOC Côtes de Provence, AOC Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire, and IGP Méditerrannée wines. Stéphane Spitzglous, the passionate and self-taught winemaker, follows organic farming practices with a deep respect for the environment.
No chemical fertilizers or herbicides are used in the vineyard. In addition to their exquisite wines, Château Henri Bonnaud offers an enriching oenotourism experience, allowing visitors to discover the beauty of the estate and its surroundings.
