ChauffeursHub

Chauffeurs Hub is a dispatch and booking management platform for UK private hire, chauffeur and airport transfer operators. It connects these businesses with independent drivers and brings job allocation, trip monitoring and operational records together in a single dashboard. Operators can assign a chosen driver, broadcast a job to nearby drivers and select from those who respond, or use auto-assignment based on set requirements. Live maps show driver locations and trip progress, while status updates help operators keep customers informed without repeatedly contacting drivers.

The platform also provides access to an approved driver pool, driver profiles and performance information, and rules for requirements such as licences, vehicle type and ratings. Tools support urgent job fulfilment, flight-aware airport pickups, pairing return journeys and tracking driver compliance documents. Operators can review trip reports and searchable histories, manage driver payments in batches, and message drivers during a job. A customer portal lets passengers follow their trip and view driver details.
