Chatt is a comprehensive regional planning agency located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. As a joint agency of the City of Chattanooga and Hamilton County, Chatt is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in the community by integrating growth with the conservation of resources. Additionally, Chatt is involved in the Chattanooga-Hamilton County/North Georgia Transportation Planning Organization, working on developing plans and policies to prioritize transportation projects for federal funding.
