CheckCourt is a browser-based platform designed to help tennis clubs manage court bookings and coordinate club life in one place. Members can check court availability and book courts from a phone, tablet or computer, adding fellow members and guests. Clubs can set booking rules to match their court policies, schedule seasonal coaching sessions and reserve courts for team matches and training. Guest fees are recorded during booking and can be exported to Excel.
The platform also includes “Mein Verein,” a shared space for announcements, events and member posts, with options for members to respond. Clubs can organise work parties, track members’ service hours and assign roles and permissions for tasks such as finance, teams and coaching. Integrations can connect bookings with club websites, calendars, webhooks and apps; an on-site tablet booking option is also available.
CheckCourt offers a free test tier and straightforward monthly pricing based on courts and membership size. It states that data is hosted in Germany, backed up daily and exportable, with a data-processing agreement included.
