Deelightful Roux School of Cooking offers an authentic New Orleans culinary experience focusing on the rich traditions of Creole and Cajun cuisine. Established by Chef Dwynesha "Dee" Lavigne, the school is the first African American-owned cooking school in New Orleans in over 80 years.
