Chefece Catering LLC is a private chef and catering business founded by Cherece Stephenson, serving the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, area. Born and raised in Dominica, Cherece draws inspiration from her family’s culinary traditions and combines West Indian flavors with American influences. After earning a culinary degree in 2020 and hosting private dinners, she officially launched Chefece in 2021.

The business offers personalized private dining, catering, and gourmet meal preparation in clients’ homes. Cherece works with hosts to plan menus around guests’ preferences and dietary restrictions, with offerings that include modern West Indian cuisine and Italian-West Indian fusion. She can also prepare other styles of food, adding her own interpretation.

For events, Chefece handles the cooking and can provide service from preparation through serving and cleanup. Hosts choose the date, time, location, and guest count, then receive a quote and arrange a deposit before finalizing the menu. Chefece also offers gift cards and shares sample menus, helping customers create relaxed, tailored dining experiences for gatherings and celebrations.
