Chef Tez Catering is a Charlotte, North Carolina-based catering and private chef business led by owner and executive private chef Montez Hymon. The brand offers VIP-style food and service for celebrations, intimate gatherings, and everyday meal needs, with an emphasis on thoughtfully prepared dishes and making events less stressful for clients.

Its private event catering service is designed for weddings, holidays, birthdays, social gatherings, and other occasions with more than 20 guests. A trained chef staff and service crew prepare and serve dishes curated for each event. For smaller groups of fewer than 20, the in-home private dining service brings professional chefs to clients’ homes to prepare and plate meals. It is suited to date nights, dinner parties, birthdays, bachelorette parties, and other intimate occasions.

Chef Tez Catering also offers luxury weekly meal plans, starting at $350 per person. Each plan includes 10 freshly prepared meals—five lunches and five dinners—with protein, starch, and vegetables.
