Che Ko Martial Arts

Che Ko Martial Arts is a family-oriented martial arts school serving Mid-Michigan through locations at Midland Mall, Fashion Square Mall in Saginaw, Caro, Hemlock, and Bridgeport. Its programs offer Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for children, teens, and adults, with classes organized to suit different ages and experience levels. Kids’ training emphasizes confidence, focus, and discipline, while teen and adult classes provide options for beginners as well as those pursuing ongoing training.

Taekwondo focuses on standing techniques, kicking, forms, and a structured belt path; Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu develops grappling and ground skills. Students may also explore a competition team and Black Belt Club. Che Ko provides location pages with local schedules and guidance on choosing a program, preparing for a first class, and understanding martial arts training.

Prospective students can call or use the trial form to arrange two free weeks at a school they can attend. The school advises sharing the student’s age when booking so beginners can be directed to an appropriate group
