Chen Gongfu

Chen Gongfu Schwarzwald offers traditional Chen-style Taijiquan, or Tai Chi, in Straubenhardt and the surrounding area. Led by Philip, a certified course instructor with the Chen-Stil Taijiquan Netzwerk Deutschland, the practice combines precise movement, body structure, and steady training to develop physical strength, focus, relaxation, and martial skill. Classes are open to beginners and experienced students, including children and adults, and a free trial session is available.

The program includes group Taijiquan, focused on the first form, foundational practice, partner work, and practical applications. Individual lessons allow students to train more intensively and explore additional forms, including weapons forms. Children and teenagers can also take classes combining Taijiquan with acrobatic tricking, while Chen-style Qigong and meditation offer a quieter practice centered on inner work and mental calm.
