The Czech Association of Chen Tai Ji Quan is a Brno-based school dedicated to teaching traditional Chen-style Tai Ji Quan and related practices. Its lineage connects to respected teachers including 19th-generation Grandmaster Chen Xiao Wang and 20th-generation Grandmaster Chen Shi Hong, and the school aims to make this traditional Chinese art accessible to people of different ages and experience levels. Beginners, advanced practitioners, young students, and seniors are welcome, with no special equipment required.
The school offers regular Tai Ji Quan training focused on discipline, physical fitness, strength, and self-defence, alongside Qi Gong for refining life energy and developing awareness. Other activities include Chan meditation to support calm, inner peace, and mental clarity, and Tong Zi Gong physio training for rehabilitation, posture stabilisation, and strengthening the body’s centre. Instruction is available in small groups and through private lessons, with dedicated Kung Fu classes for children. The association also organises workshops, training camps, and other events.
