Chengadu Advisory is a leadership and consulting practice focused on helping individuals and organizations respond to complex, changing business environments. Led by Shireen Chengadu, the practice connects leadership development with strategy and promotes inclusive approaches that address race, gender, class, generational dynamics and technological disruption.

Its services include mentoring, coaching, sponsorship facilitation, research, strategy interventions, leadership workshops and organizational change support. Chengadu Advisory works with clients to uncover bias, shift mindsets and build more diverse and inclusive workplace cultures. Its leadership programmes combine perspectives on macro-level policy and trends with practical tools for organizational and personal development. The practice also offers lecturing, keynote speaking and networking events designed for knowledge sharing and relationship building.

Research interests include women’s leadership in emerging markets, and the practice supports MBA research supervision and collaboration. Shireen Chengadu is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science. She co-authored Women Leadership in Emerging Markets, a book featuring profiles of women leaders across Africa, the Middle East and the Far East.
