Chèq'Kdo Cantal

Chèq’Kdo Cantal is a local gift-voucher initiative designed to support the economy and businesses of the Cantal region in France. Its vouchers can be spent at more than 600 participating businesses, including shops, artisans and restaurants, helping customers direct their purchases to local traders. Available in several amounts, including €10, €16, €25, €30 and €50, the vouchers can be tailored to different budgets and personalized for gift-giving occasions.

Customers can order Chèq’Kdo Cantal vouchers online or by submitting a PDF order form, and the website provides a directory of participating businesses. Employers can also use them to give employees a locally focused gift or bonus; the site notes that eligible amounts may benefit from specified tax and social-charge exemptions, subject to limits and conditions.

Alongside paper vouchers, Chèq’Kdo Cantal is introducing a digital format for smartphones. This option is intended to make vouchers easier for customers to carry and use, while offering participating businesses online tracking, reduced mailing and weekly reimbursement.
