Cheribim

Cheribim is a UK-based company that helps churches and those responsible for historic buildings manage their properties and plan for a sustainable future. Its management platform brings building information together in one accessible place, including condition surveys, reports, compliance records, plans, finances, contractor details, event schedules, and maintenance information. Users can organise inspections and recurring maintenance, plan repairs, track work, and coordinate contractors and volunteers through a shared dashboard.

Cheribim also provides sensor monitoring, using discreet wireless devices to track conditions such as temperature, humidity, and energy use. The platform presents heating and energy insights, helps identify inefficiencies, and supports decisions to reduce costs and carbon emissions. For churches working toward net zero, it offers visualisations of building performance, progress tracking, and tailored information about heritage-appropriate options, project costs, and environmental impact.

Designed alongside churches, dioceses, and building inspectors, Cheribim aims to make building care clearer and less complex for everyone, from volunteers to specialists. The company also offers introductory online meetings to discuss each building’s needs and possible support.
