Cheshire | London ON is a non-profit organization that has been operating since 1979, dedicated to empowering adults with significant physical disabilities and frail seniors to live independently and with dignity in their community. They offer a range of services and programs to support individuals in achieving their everyday dreams and making independence possible. Their two main programs, Community Assisted Living and Attendant Outreach Services, are funded by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.

Attendant Outreach provides scheduled support to help adults with physical disabilities live independently in their own homes, while Community Assisted Living offers scheduled and unscheduled support to high-risk seniors and adults with disabilities in various living arrangements. Cheshire understands that independence is essential for every individual, regardless of their abilities. Their at-home support care enables individuals to experience the freedom they desire.
