Chevaux Difficiles

Virginie Motuelle provides coaching for horse owners and riders in the Landes region of France, with in-person sessions and online support. Drawing on 45 years of experience with horses and professional qualifications including BPJEPS, ATE and Ecogarde, she helps clients understand their horses and address training or behaviour challenges. Her services include private riding lessons, equestrian assessment and diagnosis, groundwork, ridden work, outdoor riding support and equicoaching. She also guides clients through starting young horses, dressage and rehabilitation.

Motuelle’s approach is informed by equine ethology and prioritizes each horse’s emotional and physical wellbeing. She begins with groundwork where appropriate, tailoring exercises and preparing each coaching session to suit the horse and rider. For online coaching, she uses videos, photos and questionnaires to assess the situation and support progress. Her aim is to build trust, improve communication and help riders enjoy a more ethical, confident relationship with their horses.

Based in Pissos, she travels within roughly 100 kilometres, serving areas including Biscarrosse, Parentis-en-Born, Belin-Béliet, Mimizan, Bordeaux and Dax.
