Chez Vous Domestic Services

Chez Vous Co., Ltd. provides household and family support services, primarily to residents of apartment buildings in Tokyo’s 23 wards and Yokohama. Founded in 2004, the company takes its name from the French phrase meaning “at your home,” reflecting its aim to offer practical support tailored to each household’s lifestyle. Its services include housekeeping, babysitting, specialist house cleaning, and a mother’s assistant service combining childcare with household help. For families needing frequent support, Chez Vous also arranges private contracts with domestic workers. A partner company offers additional assistance with everyday household concerns.

Chez Vous emphasizes ongoing service and building trust by understanding clients’ needs over time. Coordinators provide attentive support, and the company serves both Japanese and international households, including customers from more than 40 nationalities, as well as corporate and public-sector clients. Its workforce includes Japanese staff and many overseas-born team members, particularly from the Philippines, with English and Japanese language skills.
