ChicasTicLatam is a brand that represents a community of ambitious women who excel in leadership roles within the field of Technology and Communication (TICs). Our mission is to foster the holistic growth of women professionals through networking opportunities. Although we originated in Argentina, our reach extends to all of Ibero-America.

In today's world, technology plays a crucial role across all industries, yet the lack of female representation in leadership positions remains a persistent issue. One of the challenges women face in reaching key roles is the limited development of networking and professional connections. ChicasTicLatam endeavors to address this issue by creating a supportive network for women professionals, empowering them to expand their connections, share experiences, and occupy influential spaces.

We aim to highlight the initiatives and achievements of women in the TIC sector, proving that success is attainable and that we are not alone in facing similar circumstances. Our community consists of over 150 women dedicated to the technology and communications field. Together, we generate a valuable platform for information exchange, as well as daily experiences and updates within the sector.

Networking and informal support systems are considered crucial by 67% of women to attain decision-making roles within companies. However, only 15% claim to dedicate the necessary time to these networks. In Latin cultures, between 70% and 80% of job opportunities and promotions are obtained through contacts.
