Chicken Pie Kitchen & Don Signature Crab is a Singapore restaurant bringing together Western-style bakes and comforting seafood dishes. Led by Chef Don and his kitchen team, the brand draws on recipes developed over 42 years, with an emphasis on taste, quality ingredients and freshly prepared food. Its flagship dine-in restaurant is at 39 Tyrwhitt Road, and it also operates takeaway kiosks at Wisma Atria, White Sands and AMK Hub.
The menu includes small-batch chicken pies, such as black pepper and shepherd’s pie, alongside signature crab bee hoon soup made with fresh Sri Lankan mud crabs. Other offerings include lala and prawn bee hoon, laksa bee hoon, cheesecakes, handmade kueh lapis and fruit-and-nut-rich cakes. The restaurant says its pies, cheesecakes and kueh lapis are baked in-house, and dishes are prepared freshly. Customers can dine in, reserve a table, order online for pickup or use islandwide delivery. The brand describes its approach as “West meets East,” combining house-baked pies with seafood favourites.
