We empower our multi-generational community to see themselves as leaders by providing networking, professional development and mentoring opportunities. Although our primary focus is the tech industry, we aim to increase the number of women and gender-diverse people who aspire to join the big beautiful world of STEM, while creating a strong sense of belonging and support to keep them there.

About ChickTech
ChickTech is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 2012 with the mission of engaging people of marginalized genders in the technology industry and creating an inclusive technology culture for everyone. They offer a range of products and services to achieve this goal. One of their key offerings is fun and hands-on tech events that empower women and non-binary individuals in the technology workforce.
They also focus on increasing the number of girls and non-binary students pursuing technology-based careers. ChickTech builds communities and provides networking and mentoring opportunities in the rapidly growing technology industry. They believe in empowering participants to see themselves as leaders and aim to make a direct impact on tens of thousands of individuals of all genders, ages, abilities, and backgrounds.
