Chie Nagao is a distinguished Food Planner based in Tokyo, specializing in food-related public relations, catering, and event services. Her journey began at Pierre Gagnaire's restaurant bar in Tokyo after her studies in Montreal and evolved through prestigious experiences at Michelin-starred “SKETCH” in London and the acclaimed “Fifty-Three” in Singapore. Returning to Tokyo, Chie established her own company in 2016, focusing on creating remarkable dining experiences and effective PR strategies for the food and beverage industry.

Her services encompass catering for brand events, weddings, and parties, as well as food styling and table design that enhance culinary presentations. Chie's expertise also includes interview coordination and language support, with proficiency in English, Italian, and Japanese.
