Comisiynydd Plant | Children's Commissioner Wales is an organization dedicated to advocating for the rights of children and young people in Wales. Led by Rocio Cifuentes, the Children's Commissioner ensures that the voices of children and young people are heard on important issues and influences government and other organizations to keep their promises to children. Their team works tirelessly to support children and young people, providing advice and assistance if they believe they have been treated unfairly.

The Children's Commissioner also empowers children and young people by educating them about their rights under the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC). They actively listen to and take into account the thoughts and concerns of children and young people to inform their work and decision-making process. Their dedication extends to every child in Wales up to the age of 18, or up to 21 if they have been in care, and even up to 25 if they have been in care and are still in education.

With their extensive powers and expertise, the Children's Commissioner for Wales has made a significant impact on promoting positive change for children and young people since their establishment in 2001. Join them in their mission to prioritize and protect the rights of children in Wales
