Childhood Upstream

Childhood Upstream provides pediatric functional medicine and integrative nutrition services for children and families. Founded by Rebekah, a registered advanced practice nurse and certified pediatric nurse practitioner with more than 15 years of experience, the practice focuses on identifying underlying factors that may affect health and creating personalized wellness plans. Rebekah has functional health training through the Institute for Functional Medicine and certification in integrative and functional nutrition.

Services include individual and family nutrition guidance, customized meal plans and recipes, specialized health evaluations, and one-on-one functional health and nutrition consultations. The approach considers health history, lifestyle patterns, and environmental influences, while addressing nutrition, movement, mental health, emotional resilience, and social connection. Clients receive tailored plans intended to support balance and lasting well-being.

Childhood Upstream helps families explore root causes related to concerns such as allergies, ADHD, autism, digestive issues, fatigue, hormone imbalances, poor sleep, immune system concerns, migraines, and mental health. Consultations are available through local in-home visits and telehealth or virtual appointments.
