Children Charity

Children Charity Foundation is a Hong Kong charitable organisation established on 1 September 2013 to support under-resourced families and create better learning opportunities for children. Guided by the belief that “families help families, and children help children,” the Foundation aims to strengthen educational foundations and help young people build healthy, happy lives and pursue their ambitions.

Its work includes collaborating with nonprofit organisations and arranging volunteer tutors to help children with homework and language skills, including English. The Foundation also conducts home visits to better understand families’ circumstances and organise support. Its programmes include scholarships and emergency assistance with university admission deposits for students, as well as family events that encourage communication, confidence and enjoyable time together. In addition, it organises children’s spinal health initiatives, offering educational talks, check-ups and medical follow-up support with professional partners. The Foundation invites beneficiaries to become volunteers as they grow older, helping other families and passing on a spirit of mutual support. It also welcomes public donations and volunteer enquiries.
