Children's Autism Center

Children’s Autism Center (CAC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving children and families in Fort Wayne and nearby communities, including Angola, Columbia City, and Huntington. Guided by a person-centered philosophy, the organization focuses on helping children with autism build skills and make progress through individualized, evidence-based care. Its team works with families to understand each child’s needs, explain the intake process, and identify appropriate services and support.

CAC offers applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and delivered by Registered Behavior Technicians. Services include in-home direct support, parent support, developmentally appropriate social skills groups for learners ages 3 to 21, and speech and language therapy. Speech therapy is coordinated with each child’s ABA team and overseen by a licensed speech-language pathologist. The center emphasizes collaboration among children, parents, and staff, with the goal of supporting meaningful development at home and in the wider community.
