Children’s Discovery Center

Children's Discovery Center is a premier early care and education provider that has been nurturing and educating children for over 35 years. Founded in 1982 by Lois Mitten Rosenberry, a passionate advocate for early childhood education, the center is committed to excellence, innovation, and providing a distinctive educational experience. Inspired by the renowned Reggio Emilia program in Italy, Children's Discovery Center has integrated the best components of this approach into its own educational model.

With five locations throughout the greater Toledo area, the center offers full-day early care and education programs for children of all ages, from infants to school-age children. At Children's Discovery Center, learning is encouraged through exploration, and every child is respected and supported in a creative, nurturing, and Christian environment. The center's dedicated team of professionals ensures a low child-to-staff ratio, allowing for personalized attention and optimal development.

Whether it's the Infant Program, Toddler Program, Pre-School/Pre-K Program, School-Age Program, or Enrichment Program, Children's Discovery Center provides a foundation for children to grow, learn, and thrive.
