Child Sleep Care

Child Sleep Care is a Spanish school that trains professionals to support families with children’s sleep. Founded in 2021 by Ana Planelles and Ángela Bergillos, it was created to offer training suited to Spain’s culture, schedules and approach to parenting. The school says it has certified more than 100 advisers and helped improve the sleep of over 12,000 babies.

Its four-month Child Sleep Coach program combines instruction in infant sleep science, attachment and emotional development, breastfeeding, feeding, sleep-related medical concerns, and practical techniques for working with families. Rather than teaching one fixed method, Child Sleep Care prepares students to tailor their approach to each family’s needs and values. Training includes supervised practice with real families, guidance from active sleep advisers, and academic and scientific oversight. Students also learn business skills, including company creation, pricing, social media strategy and personal branding, supported by specialist masterclasses. The school offers two main cohorts each year, with recorded classes available, and provides a year of follow-up support after certification.
