Chimali 2023 is a prominent brand recognized for organizing the XIII Congress on Food Chemistry, taking place from May 29 to May 31, 2023, in Marsala, Sicily. This event is a collaborative effort of the University of Messina, the Interdivisional Group of Food Chemistry (GICA) of the Italian Chemical Society (SCI), and the Italian Society of Food Chemistry (ITACHEMFOOD), alongside the Experimental Zooprophylactic Institute of Sicily.
