Chimborazo Lodge is a mountain lodge and adventure travel provider set at 4,000 metres above sea level, at the foot of Chimborazo volcano in Ecuador’s historic Totorillas Valley. Located near the Chimborazo Fauna Production Reserve, it offers guests a chance to experience the Andean páramo and its distinctive wildlife and landscapes. Founded by mountaineer and explorer Marco Cruz, the lodge draws on more than 50 years of experience in high-altitude travel.

Accommodation includes single, double and triple rooms with heaters and decor featuring antiques connected to the region’s mountaineering history. The Estrella del Chimborazo restaurant serves national and international cuisine, with breakfast and dinner included for lodge guests. Visitors can explore nearby trails and historic routes, including paths associated with the Chimborazo ice harvesters, the Camino Real and the Inca Road, or observe local flora and fauna.

For climbers, the lodge organizes guided Chimborazo summit ascents with certified mountain guides, technical equipment, rental gear and transport.
