Growing up together in Ebikon, Switzerland, they have always had a strong bond. Thamon and Samuel, two of the co-founders, had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Mexican culture during their international exchange semesters and internships in Guadalajara and Mexico City, respectively. Meanwhile, Kevin, the mentor of the group, discovered his love for Latin American cuisine through his travels in South America.
