Chiquitines Home Daycare

Chiquitines Home Daycare/Preschool is a licensed, home-based childcare and early learning program in Irvine, California, founded by owner and teacher Evelyn Anderson. Its mission is to provide a loving, safe environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. The preschool serves infants, toddlers, and children through age five, with full-time care and a half-day option for toddlers. Extended hours are also available.

Children follow a structured yet flexible routine that combines play, focused learning, outdoor activity, quiet time, and meals. The age-centered curriculum supports social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development. Activities include story and circle time, art, music, dramatic play, phonics, early writing, and exploration in a secure garden. Instruction is bilingual in English and Spanish, helping children build communication skills while embracing both languages.

The program provides homemade meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus two snacks. Families receive daily updates through the Brightwheel app or WhatsApp. Chiquitines emphasizes safety through secure entry, CPR- and first-aid-trained staff, daily sanitizing, and allergy management.
