Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI) is a dedicated nonprofit healthcare organization committed to providing accessible, high-quality primary, family, and behavioral health care services across 13 locations in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties. With over 100 experienced providers, CHI offers a comprehensive range of services that include pediatric care, women’s health, dental care, urgent care, telehealth, and pharmacy services.
