Choice Support is a charitable Community Benefit Society that has been providing support to individuals based on their choices since 1984. We believe in not defining people by their support needs and strive to create opportunities for individuals to find their own happiness. Our core values are centered around caring, respecting, learning, and leading.

With almost 40 years of experience, Choice Support is a trusted support provider for autistic people, individuals with learning disabilities, and those with mental health needs. We have a team of 2,600 dedicated staff members who support around 1,400 people across various locations, ranging from Hampshire and East Sussex in the south to Yorkshire in the north. From our early days in the late 1980s, where we played a significant role in supporting individuals out of institutional settings and back into their local communities, we continue to innovate and advocate for the rights of those we support.

We actively involve the people we support in decision-making processes through our self-advocacy group called the Our Rights Group. Choice Support is regulated and inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and works alongside them to employ Experts by Experience (ExE) who help inspect services across England. We are also proud to work in partnership with other organizations to improve social care services and build new homes in collaboration with the NHS.
