CHOOSE Foundation

Choose Foundation is a charity established in memory of Cody, whose wish was to help people. The organization supports individuals seeking to overcome substance abuse and rebuild their lives, drawing on its understanding of the difficulties people can face when trying to access treatment. Its central message encourages people to decide when they are ready to make a change and take steps toward the life they want.

Choose Foundation helps people find a rehabilitation facility suited to their needs and may offer financial assistance when needed. This support is particularly relevant for those who encounter facilities that accept only cash payments or specific health plans. The foundation’s name reflects both the personal choice involved in beginning recovery and a second meaning explained in its story.

Through its rehabilitation-facility guidance, potential financial aid, and fundraising efforts, Choose Foundation aims to help people move forward and access support. The organization invites visitors to learn about its story, contact the team, explore rehabilitation options, and donate to its work.
