About CCStockport
Christ Church Stockport is a dynamic and welcoming Anglican congregation located in the heart of Stockport, South Manchester. As a Bible-believing community affiliated with the Anglican Mission in England (AMiE), our core mission is to make, teach, and send out disciples of Jesus Christ. We gather every Sunday at 10:30 am at Walthew House, where our services involve engaging worship through singing, prayer, and biblical teaching, lasting about 75 minutes. Once a month, we commemorate the Last Supper with communion.
We understand the church as a place of support and healing, not just a venue for the religious. Our commitment is to serve the local community through events, spiritual guidance, and outreach initiatives. For those unable to attend in person, our sermons are available online on our website and YouTube channels. At Christ Church Stockport, we invite everyone to join us in our journey of faith and community impact.
