About Christensen Farms
Christensen Farms is a family-owned pork producer based in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. As one of the largest pork producers in the United States, we are committed to providing high-quality pork products while prioritizing sustainability and safety. With facilities in multiple Midwestern states, including Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, and South Dakota, our company operates three feed mills and manages 140,000 sows on 44 farms, as well as overseeing over 350 nurseries and grow-finish sites.
To achieve our goal of a more integrated production model, we became the largest shareholder of Triumph Foods, a primary pork processing plant in St. Joseph, Missouri. We also have a partnership in another processing plant in Sioux City, Iowa, called Seaboard Triumph Foods.
Additionally, our members own half of Daily's Premium Meats, which allows us to specialize in pork processing for premium products like bacon. With key packer and partner relationships, we market nearly 3. 6 million hogs per year, ensuring increased traceability, quality assurance, and pricing stability for both our company and our customers.
