Christopherus-Haus

Welcome to Christopherus-Haus! Since 1964, we have been supporting individuals with special needs based on anthroposophical curative education. We offer a wide range of educational, work, and living opportunities. From small beginnings, we have grown to become unique places for around 1,300 special individuals.

Our inclusive Waldorf kindergarten in Dortmund, children and youth residential home in Witten, Waldorf special schools in Bochum and Dortmund, three living communities in Bochum, Dortmund, and Witten, and Gottessegen workshops in Bochum and Dortmund are just some of the spaces we provide. Additionally, our ambulatory services offer family support and social pedagogical family assistance. At Christopherus-Haus, we believe in recognizing and respecting the unique personalities of every individual and promoting their spiritual development, following the principles of Waldorf education and anthroposophical curative education, with experience, tranquility, and devotion.
