The European Chromosome 11 Network is a self-help organisation supporting individuals and families affected by rare genetic conditions involving chromosome 11, including Jacobsen syndrome. With more than 100 members across Europe, it brings families together to share knowledge, experiences and practical support, helping ensure that people do not face these challenges alone.
