Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland is Scotland’s largest health charity supporting people affected by chest, heart and stroke conditions, as well as Long Covid and related communication difficulties. Its vision is a Scotland where people with these conditions can live full lives, with the right support at the right time and in the right place. The charity provides information, health resources and practical support for individuals and families, including confidential guidance from its Advice Line. It also offers services for health professionals and works with public, private and academic partners on projects to improve care.

People can access condition-specific information, read personal stories and find resources to help them manage life with a long-term health condition. Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland raises funds through donations, appeals, events, its weekly lottery and charity shops, as well as an online shop featuring Scottish-themed cards and gifts. Supporters can also volunteer, fundraise or join its Campaigner Network.
