Church at Hampton Roads is a dynamic and inclusive church located in Chesapeake, Virginia. Our mission is to lead people into connection and full devotion to God, while our vision is to boldly represent the heart and Kingdom of God with global impact in seven cities. We are committed to breaking down racial, generational, denominational, and economic walls by fostering authentic community and reaching the forgotten with justice.

Our strategy, based on Colossians 1:28-29, focuses on proclaiming and teaching everyone with wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in Christ. Led by Lead Pastors Joel and Sarah Brown, who have a deep passion for ministry and community, Church at Hampton Roads offers a wide range of ministries, including missions, CHR Kids, CHR Students, and Freedom Ministry. Our core beliefs are firmly rooted in the Bible, which we believe is the inspired, inerrant, infallible, irrevocable, and complete Word of God.

We embrace the Trinity, believe in the sanctity of life, the spirit-filled life, and the biblical definition of marriage between one man and one woman.
