CIA da Corrida

Cia da Corrida is a running and fitness team that helps people train toward personal goals, whether they are seeking a more active lifestyle or preparing to complete their first race. Its training plans are individually tailored to each participant’s needs and objectives, with distances ranging from 5 to 42 kilometres. The team also offers in-person running sessions and functional training at the Ginásio Poliesportivo in São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo.

Running practices take place on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7 to 9 p. m., and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:10 a. m.

Functional training is held in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 p. m. Cia da Corrida describes its staff as a complete team of professionals focused on supporting participants’ performance and results.

New members can register to begin training with the group. By combining individualized planning with scheduled group sessions, the brand serves runners at different stages, from those starting out to those working toward longer-distance events
