OTOZ Animals is a well-established brand that operates the Ciapkowo Animal Shelter for Homeless Animals in Gdynia. This shelter, managed by OTOZ Animals since 2006, provides a safe haven for abandoned and stray animals. Over the years, OTOZ Animals has expanded its facilities and services to better serve the animals in need.

In 2013, a new pavilion was built specifically for dogs, followed by the establishment of a Cat House in 2018. Another pavilion for dogs was added in 2019, and in 2021, the shelter now boasts a fully-equipped veterinary clinic. OTOZ Animals offers a range of services, including adoptions for both dogs and cats, as well as special programs for senior animals.
