About Cibelae Oficial
Cibelae Oficial, also known as the CORPORACIÓN IBEROAMERICANA DE LOTERÍAS Y APUESTAS DE ESTADO, is an international organization that provides advisory and training services to lotteries in Ibero-America. Established in 1988, Cibelae is a non-profit organization and a recognized associate member of the Word Lottery Association (WLA), which represents lottery organizations in over 80 countries and 6 continents. Cibelae offers various services and resources to its regular and associate members, including communication channels, informative news, a digital magazine, and an annual report.
They also organize events such as seminars and congresses to promote academic exchange and showcase the latest developments in the industry. The organization is committed to promoting responsible gaming, ensuring security and integrity, and preventing money laundering activities.
