Brand: Ciccio Sultano brings Sicilian culinary culture to life through restaurants, wine, food products, and hospitality projects rooted in the island’s history and ingredients. Led by chef Ciccio Sultano, the brand follows a philosophy of research, discipline, and consistency, transforming Sicily’s layered influences into contemporary cuisine without reducing their complexity.

Its flagship, Ristorante Duomo, is located in Ragusa Ibla in an intimate dining room within historic Palazzo La Rocca. Awarded its first Michelin star in 2004 and its second in 2006, Duomo is recognised for contemporary Sicilian cooking shaped by the island’s cultural heritage and Sultano’s distinctive “citrus” approach. The nearby Cantina del Duomo offers an extensive selection of Sicilian and Italian wines alongside prestigious international labels, with wine treated as an integral part of the dining experience.

The brand also includes Cantieri Sultano and other restaurant projects in Italy and abroad. At I Banchi in Ragusa Ibla, Bottega Sultano sells artisan preserves, sauces, pasta, jams, and biscuits made with selected organic ingredients, alongside products from local producers.
