CECOVA

CIDE, the Centro de Información y Documentación de Enfermería, is an information and documentation center associated with the Consejo de Enfermería de la Comunidad Valenciana, the nursing council of the Valencian Community. Its website brings together resources for people seeking information about nursing, its professional history, and healthcare in the region. The collection includes documents on ethics and professional conduct, materials from the International Council of Nurses, college regulations, nursing associations, and study plans. Visitors can also consult health statistics, activity and health indicators, information on territorial organization and resources, health information systems and surveys, costs, and disease coding.

A substantial historical section presents images and material organized by period, alongside topics such as nursing uniforms, advertisements, and the history of nurses, midwives, practitioners, and nursing assistants. Employment statistics, including monthly historical information, are also listed. The site features the Museo de Historia de la Enfermería and provides contact information and details about the center. CIDE serves as a searchable resource for exploring nursing documentation, data, and heritage.
